EXHIBIT A <br />In exchange for Elevated Law Enforcement Presence, as reflected in this Agreement, Rosedale <br />will pay to the City the costs of the following: <br />1. The annual cost to the City of the salary and benefits for two Police Officers. The per- <br />officer cost will increase based on increases in City costs of wages and benefits. In <br />year one, this cost is estimated at $125,000 per Police Officer. <br />2.
