We are a <br />fairly new development, approximately 50% built out, and have come to enjoy the location, <br />parks and lakes in the vicinity. We are very happy to be residents of Roseville, with all the <br />amenities it has to offer. One of the greatest features is the access to Lake McCarrons, and the <br />beautiful view provided to us from our homes. <br />The Fence Issue <br />Recently, the owner of the property at 257 McCarrons Boulevard S. <br />along the north right of way of McCarrons Blvd. that has affected our development greatly. It <br />effectively screens about 25% of our homes from a view of the lake.
