4. PROPERTY VALUE <br />We oppose the installation of any fencing or structure which would negatively impact property values of <br />nearby homes. Obstructing views of the lake and destroying the character of the lake community will <br />certainly have a negative impact on property values. <br />We strongly urge you to take the time, prior to the 6/17/24 Council meeting, to view the fence at 257 <br />McCARRONS BLVD. S. Park your car and come and stand in the backyards of lots #1-5. Knock on our <br />doors.
