Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Rachel Tierney were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Groff moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by audience members on non-agenda items. No one <br /> came forward to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Proclaim June 19'Juneteenth <br /> Assistant City Manager Rebecca Olson recapped the proclamation history of <br /> Juneteenth. <br /> Councilmember Etten asked for clarification on the timing for the Juneteenth event. <br /> He noted the proclamation states 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Ms. Olson stated <br /> 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br /> Councilmember Strahan indicated the actual time is 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. <br /> Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment with no one coming <br /> forward. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if the Council would accept adding this proclamation to the list <br /> of proclamations the City has. <br />
