Ms. Jamie Olson, owner and CEO of Centro Brands, addressed the City Council and stated the company has a very stringent alcohol training program. Mayor Roe reviewed public hearing protocol and opened and closed the public hearing at approximately 8:13 p.m. to receive public input on the above-referenced On-Sale Liquor License for Centro Roseville, LLC; with no one coming forward for or against. Schroeder moved, Strahan seconded, approval of a liquor license for Centro Roseville, LLC. Roll Call Ayes: Etten, Groff, Strahan, Schroeder, and Roe. Nays: None. b. Consider Penalty for Liquor License Violation at Shake Shack Police Chief Erica Scheider briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Request For Council Action and related attachments dated June 17, 2024, requesting Council authorization to issue the presumptive penalty for serving alcohol during a license suspension of a further 60 day license suspension.
