REPORT <br /> <br />A letter was read from Swen H. Anderson, secretary of the Heating <br />and Air Conditioning Examination Board. It was referred to the <br />attorney for legal opinion and information. <br /> <br />A letter from Harold Vasey, City Manager of Mankato, Minn. WaS read <br />requesting the council contact their State Senator and Representatives <br />regarding a bill for distribution, allocation and use of highwq <br />user taxes to be spent on streets in cities and villages or more <br />than 5,000 population. Kitts Moved that the clerk be instructed <br />to send a letter to the Senator and Representatives that we are <br />opposed to matching fund provisions and any restrictions upon the <br />municipalities.
