<br />Table 2 <br />Proposal Evaluation Criteria <br /> <br />Minimum Qualifications <br />Relevant experience, references and capacity Pass/Fail <br />Category Weight <br />Project Capability 20% <br />How Well Proposal Meets Community Values: <br />Diversity, equity and inclusionEquity 15% <br />Other (non-DEI) community values elements 15% <br />Price* 40% <br />Past Performance (e.g., Survey of other Cities) 5% <br />Value-Added Plan 5% <br />Total 100% <br />Notes: <br />*The City will use the following formula to score the proposed price: <br />Lowest proposed total annual cost estimate divided by Respondents price multiplied by the maximum <br />score of 25 40 points. <br /> <br /> <br />The review committee will evaluate all proposals submitted based on the criteria in Table 2. <br />Finalists may, at the sole discretion of the City, be invited to interviews. At the interview, <br />Respondents will be asked to respond to questions regarding their proposal. These questions may <br />include further explanation on: <br /> <br />!How their proposal will meet community values; and <br />!How their proposed value-added plan will work in practice; and/or <br />!Other questions deemed relevant to evaluating the proposals. <br /> <br />The review committee will present its recommendation to the City Council at the September <br />23October 7, 2024, City Council meeting. <br /> <br />4.5!Proposals May Be Rejected in Whole or Part <br />The City of Roseville reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: <br /> <br />!Reject any or all proposals; <br />!Reject parts of proposals; <br />!Negotiate modifications of proposals submitted; <br />!Accept part or all of the proposals on the basis of consideration(s) other than proceeds or <br />cost; and <br /> RFP for City of Roseville Recycling Services 10 <br />Qbhf!233!pg!557 <br /> <br />
