<br />4!RFP Process <br />4.1!Schedule and Proposal Instructions <br />To the best of its ability, the City will use the following process and schedule shown in Table 1 <br />for its decision-making: <br />Table 1 <br />Current RFP Schedule* <br />Event Date/Time <br />RFP issued July 23 <br />Notification of intent submitted to City August 9 by 4:00 p.m. <br />City answers to questions issued to pre-proposal meeting attendees August 23 by 4:00 p.m. <br />Proposals due to City September 6 by 4:00 p.m. <br />Possible Interviews of finalists September 12 - 13 <br />Optional tour(s) of designated MRF(s) September 12 -13 <br />City Council meeting to authorize Contract negotiations October 7 <br />Execution of Contract October 21 <br />(approximately) <br />Note: <br />*These dates are subject to change as the City deems necessary. <br /> <br /> <br />All contact by prospective Respondents and their agents regarding the Citys RFP and <br />procurement decision-making must only be made with the Citys designated contact person, <br />Ryan Johnson, until after final execution of a new recycling Contract. Prospective Respondents <br />are encouraged to contact Mr. Johnson with questions or requests for more information. Other <br />unauthorized contact made with other persons (for example, City staff, elected officials, City <br />residents, County staff, consultants, etc.) may, at the sole discretion of the City, disqualify the <br />Respondent from consideration. <br /> <br /> <br />Respondents interested in responding to this RFP shall notify the City in writing of their interest <br />no later than 4:00 p.m., August 9, 2024, by email to: <br /> <br />Ryan Johnson, Environmental Manager <br />Ryan.Johnson@cityofroseville.com <br /> <br />Notifications shall include the vendors name and address, as well as a contact persons name, <br />title, phone number, and email address.
