<br />Enclosed: Recycling Services Proposal. <br />c/o Ryan Johnson <br />Environmental Manager <br />City of Roseville, City Hall <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Ryan.Johnson@cityofroseville.com <br /> <br />Proposals will be managed in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, <br />Minnesota Statutes §13.591, Subdivision 3 (b). <br /> <br />An electronic copy of the full proposal must be submitted on a universal serial bus (USB) flash <br />drive inside a sealed envelope. The proposal files may be submitted in Microsoft Word or <br />portable document format (PDF) or other approved digital media. <br /> <br />At a minimum, Respondents must submit a base scenario proposal using the fixed-fee price <br />worksheet forms in Attachment F (without risk/revenue sharing).
