4. All contact by prospective Respondents and their agents regarding the City's RFP and procurement decision -making must only be made with the City's designated contact person, Ryan Johnson, until after final execution of a new recycling Contract. Prospective Respondents are encouraged to contact Ryan Johnson with questions or requests for more information by August 16. Other unauthorized contact made with other persons (for example, City staff, elected officials, City residents, County staff, consultants, etc.) may, at the sole discretion of the City, disqualify the Respondent from consideration. Respondents interested in responding to this RFP shall notify the City in writing of their interest no later than 4:00 p.m., August 16, 2024, by email to: Ryan Johnson, Environmental Manager Ryan. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their Notification of Intent are received by the City. Joh n son Ocityofrosevi Ile. com Proposals will be managed in accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes §13.591, Subdivision 3 (b). At a minimum, Respondents must submit a "base scenario' proposal using the fixed -fee price worksheet forms in Form E (without risk/revenue sharing).
