Proposers <br />may <br />carrie.anderson@cityofroseville.com <br />Failure to comply with the requirements of this RFP may result in disqualification. <br /> <br />Electronic and facsimile bids will not be considered. Proposers shall have sole <br />responsibility for delivery of bids on time and to the proper location. Proposals received <br />subsequent to the time and date specified above will not be considered. <br /> <br />Proposers are required to submit four (4) hard copies of the proposal together with one <br />(1) electronic copy of the proposal. <br />The RFP and data submitted to the City are governed by the Minnesota Government Data <br />Practices Act (the Practices Upon submission, all proposals shall be classified <br />pursuant to the Data Practices Act. In the event that a proposer desires to claim portions of <br />its proposal exempt from disclosure, it is incumbent upon the proposer to clearly identify <br />right-hand corner of each <br />page for which such privilege is claimed. Each page shall be <br />clearly marked and readily separable from the proposal in order to facilitate public <br />inspection of the non-confidential portion of the proposal. The proposer must also submit <br />a written explanation of the basis for its conclusion that the identified data is not subject to <br />disclosure under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
