Sfdsfbujpo!Nbobhfnfou!Tpguxbsf <br />Sfrvftu!gps!Qspqptbm!13 <br />3.7 Project Roles and Responsibilities <br />The Proposal should include the proposed resource levels for the City Implementation Project <br />Team and Selected Vendor Project Teams. <br /> <br />Proposers shall provide resource hour estimates by system module for each of the project <br />activities. <br /> <br />3.8 Project Schedule <br />The Proposal should include the proposed Project schedule including major milestones, <br />activities, and timing of deliverables. <br /> <br />3.9 Data Conversion Plan <br />The Proposal should include <br /> <br />3.10 Software Hosting <br />The Proposal shall include a full description of the technical and operational <br />capabilities for software hosting. <br /> <br />The Proposer shall include the following information in addition to this description: <br /> <br />1.!Where are the data center and storage facilities? <br />2.!Total number of active clients currently served by hosted solutions provided by your <br />company. <br />3.!How many years has your company provided hosted solutions? <br />4.!How are hosted software applications deployed for use by numerous customers? <br />5.!What availability and response time do you guarantee? <br />6.!How many instances of unplanned outages have any of your customers experienced <br />within the past five (5) years? <br />7.!What is your process for notification of standard maintenance and down-time? <br /> <br />The Proposer shall provide relevant documentation related to any recent certifications related <br />to their hosting technical and operation capabilities. <br /> <br />3.11 Hardware Requirements <br />Please clearly outline what hardware will be needed to utilize your product, with specific <br />consideration given to: <br /> <br />!Database management <br />!Point of Sale transactions <br />!Facility sites <br /> <br /> <br />3.12 Quality Assurance Plan <br />The Proposal should include the proposed Quality Assurance Plan.
