Proposers shall provide <br />at least five (5) City government clients with whom the Proposer has worked during the past <br />three (3) years that are of similar size and complexity to the City. <br />If references are not available, an explanation shall be included. <br />If possible, the City prefers references that utilized the same Project Manager as will be used <br />for this project. <br /> <br /> <br />3.15 Response to Narrative Questions <br />The Proposal should include the response to the following narrative questions. <br />The total length of this section shall not exceed four pages (12 point font) <br /> <br />1.!What sets your solution apart from your competitors? <br />2.!Describe your customer support resources. <br />3.!How does your proposed solution capture and process credit card data? <br />4.!and disaster <br />recovery plan and procedures. <br />5.!Describe how your solution captures and reports on customer demographics including age, race, <br />and gender. <br />6.!Based on the information in the RFP, and your relevant experience, please identify the three <br />most significant risks associated with implementation of your solution. <br />7.!In addition to the product that you are proposing, are there any other modules or value adds that <br />you would recommend that the City consider (please include a brief description of each and the <br />cost). <br />8.! <br />9.!What decisions or modifications is your firm considering for the solution that is currently being <br />proposed. <br />10.!What is the current release number of the product being proposed? <br />11.!When is the next release anticipated? <br />12.!How long does implementation of your product (from contract signing to launch) typically take <br />with a City the size of Roseville? <br />13.!What other applications will the project being proposed integrate wit <br />implementation of parks and recreation programs and services? <br /> <br />Qbhf!262!pg!2:4 <br /> <br />
