Proposer should identify the areas where they feel the requested service or <br />product is not available, deviates from the specific requests, or is deemed to be an unwise or <br />unwarranted approach. The Proposer will describe exceptions to the RFP and identify their <br />impact to the City, including, but not limited to, workarounds, reductions in performance, <br />capacity, flexibility, accuracy, and ultimately cost and value. The City reserves the right to <br />disallow exceptions it finds are not in the best interests of the City. Any and all exceptions to <br />the requirements of this RFP must be identified and fully explained in the submitted Proposal. <br />contract negotiations.
