Conduct a feasibility study to determine potential for a successful endowment campaign <br /> <br />Results: PFund will have greater assets and a growing number of donors located <br />outside of the Twin Cities metro area. Specifically: 615 donors, 158 LLL members and <br />$290,000 in unrestricted giving in 2010. <br />Communications: PFund will be a more visible leader in the Upper Midwest GLBT & A <br />communities. <br />Strategies: <br />1. Ensure strongest brand message is incorporated in all PFund goals and work. <br /> <br />2. Implement comprehensive marketing/communications plan to support foundation work <br /> <br />3. Develop a comprehensive media plan for regional impact and visibility <br /> <br />4. Explore creating PFund unique signature event for awareness building. <br />5. Make PFund known as the best place for GLBT planned giving dollars. <br /> <br />Results: PFund will be recognized regionally as a leading GLBT organization. <br /> <br />Governance:PFund will address the balance of responsibilities of board and staff to <br />ensure maximum organizational effectiveness. <br /> <br />Strategies: <br />1. Create meaningful learning experiences at board meetings. <br /> <br />2. Develop a volunteer management position to align identified volunteers with need areas <br />within PFund. <br /> <br />3. Review and update committee descriptions to ensure they are aligned with <br />organizational goals and objectives. <br /> <br />4. Increase human resources capacity to meet organizational goals. <br /> <br />5. Ensure quality and diversity of board membership. <br />Results: PFund’s additional staff support and growing corps of volunteers will ensure <br />that it is a well-run organization that is increasing its positive impact for GLBT <br />communities. <br /> <br /> <br />Finance:PFund will continually evaluate current and new programs to maintain sound <br />financial management. <br />Qbhf!4:!pg!2:4 <br /> <br />
