Attachment C <br />PHASE V: Final Writing & Delivery <br />December 2024 <br />Final Report <br />Consultants <br />Transfer of Knowledge <br />This comprehensive report will outline the process participants, stakeholder insights, rational for decisions, <br />process for implementing the work, recommendations and final strategic plan. The report serves as an <br />organizational history and provides data and memory for organizational leadership when they may need to <br />provide supporting information as to how they made their decisions. You will receive this in digital format. <br />Ala Carte services may be added to the initial contract upon agreement between client and <br />Ala Carte <br />consultant. They allow for flexibility in meeting unanticipated needs to ensure your staff are <br />fully equipped to embed the plan in the day-to-day work of the organization. <br />Facilitated Sessions <br />Additional, 3–4-hour facilitated session with the Council and/or Department Heads, or to guide and <br />coach staff on implementation. This time can be broken into smaller blocks of time or be taken all at <br />once, depending on what you would like accomplished. This is often used for assisting staff in managing <br />the change that can come with a new strategic plan whether it be a new way of working, new work, or <br />incorporating evaluation into the work. <br />Accountability <br />Coaching <br />Accountability coaching helps organizations get from where they are to where they want to be while staying in <br />alignment and getting the best ROI on the investments already made. It is not uncommon for organizations to <br />invest in creating new processes and strategies, only to go back to business as usual. <br />We are committed to helping your organization make long term change. We provide coaching packages to <br />reassure you, you have a partner in ensuring you implement the results of your year-long financial and time <br />investment . Your leadership team will take in a lot of new information, and you will have board and volunteer <br />committee turnover, and many of the changes won’t sink in until the first-time your people have to implement <br />what’s on paper. <br />Coaching packages include*Any hours over 16 will be billed at $300 an hour <br />•4 hours per quarter x 4 quarters over 12-months for a total of 16 hours at $300. Coaching is paid on a quarterly <br />basis. They are flexible hours in that you may use them to work with your executive committee, board chair, <br />executive director etc. The purpose of having coaching hours by the quarter is to get your organization in the <br />habit of being more strategic and proactive. That’ is why we do not allow for saving the hours up until the end <br />and using them all at once. <br />Executive / Leadership <br />Coaching <br />Coaching provides support for individual leadership staff who may be struggling with mindset, accepting <br />change, managing others, or various other issues that could be preventing them from showing up as their <br />best self in the workplace.
