We anticipate environmental <br />scanning to take a minimum of 1-month for creation of questions, administration of focus groups and <br />synthesis of feedback. <br />Your organization will be responsible for any printing necessary for distribution to the board, staff, or for <br />any facilitated meetings and the strategic planning retreat and implementation planning process. The <br />City of Rosevilleagrees to reimburse INspiring SIGHT for printing based on receipts. We anticipate some <br />printing for facilitated retreat sessions for workbooks and stakeholder synthesis. INspiring SIGHT will <br />cover its own mileage expenses and drivetime unless the drive-time is more than 45-minutes or outside <br />of the seven-county Metro. <br />Not Included in this proposal <br />•Coordination of any space, logistics, & promotional activities of <br />any facilitated sessions <br />•Technical assistance if Zoom sessions outside of the planned <br />focus groups become necessary.
