6 <br />Attachment C <br />Strategic Plan Implementation #2- Work Plan refinement and integration <br />This session is conducted with staff and focuses on refining the work of the previous session to <br />achieve integration of effort across service areas. It includes development of <br />workplan and the deadlines across the performance period.
