Related tothisareaof impact,howwill you evaluatethe finaldecision, monitor <br />impact, and ensure racially disaggregated data is available for future consideration? <br />Consider creating a timeline to analyze impact; managing future expectations of <br />desired outcomes, or community indicators that can determine success or <br />opportunities. <br />During our research and engagement period, we connected with other city staff responsible for <br />managing similar ordinances. Most cities suspended enforcement during the peak of the COVID- <br />19 pandemic and are just now moving from an “educational” phase to an “enforcement” phase. <br />Some are looking at data-tracking software to monitor restaurants’ and businesses’ compliance. <br />Staff recommends creating a database of Roseville businesses to track interactions with <br />businesses, and also including demographic information if the owner is comfortable sharing. <br />Qbhf!98!pg!417 <br /> <br />
