Since this is a City-initiated vacation, a four-fifths vote 41 would be required at that time to complete the vacation of this right-of-way. 42 43 Policy Objectives 44 This action is intended to “right-size” the City’s property rights and property management 45 responsibilities for Roseville’s current and future needs. 46 47 Equity Impact Summary 48 There should be no equity impacts associated with the vacation process. 49 50 Budget Implications 51 There are costs related to filing the vacations with Ramsey County and the mailings to 52 notify the residents. The City would also likely incur some cost in hiring a surveyor to 53 provide a legal description.
