Attachment 2 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the ____day of ______ 2024 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: , , , , and Mayor . <br /> and the following were absent: . <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 12083 <br />APPROVING THE TENTATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AND <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC <br />REPRESENTING THE POLICE DEPUTY CHIEF BARGAINING UNIT, LOCAL 478 <br />FOR CALENDAR YEARS 2025-2026 <br />WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Roseville and representatives of Law Enforcement <br />Labor Services, Inc representing the Police Commanders Local 431 bargaining unit of the City <br />have negotiated a 2-year labor agreement for the term January 1, 2025 through December 31, <br />2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the attached document summarizes the agreement between the parties. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves and ratifies the <br />tentative agreement and that the appropriate individuals designated by the City are authorized <br />and directed to execute the original contracts. <br />Qbhf!259!pg!26: <br /> <br />
