RCA Attachment 3 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of September, 2024 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 12XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE MAP CHANGE <br />FROM INSTITUTIONAL TO LOW-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AT <br />2865 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF24-004) <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Covenant Church has submitted a valid application for approval of the <br />requested Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Change of the west 120 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Roseville Covenant Church, from Institutional to Low-Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the duly noticed public hearing for this <br />application on September 4, 2024, and voted 5-1 to recommend its approval; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br />Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Change from Institutional to Low-Density Residential, based <br />on the public record and City Council deliberation regarding the applicable goals and strategies of <br />the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member _____ <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ; and the following <br />voted against the same: . <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />RS160\\1\\899047.v2 <br />Qbhf!41!pg!345 <br /> <br />
