Adopt a resolution approving the proposed Roseville Covenant Church 2nd Addition <br />96 plat creating Lot 1, Block 1 as a developable lot for future residential development and <br />97 preserving the church and its associated improvements on Lot 2, Block 1, based on the content <br />98 of this RCA, public input, and City Council deliberation, with the following conditions: <br />99 a. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works staff included in Attachment 1, the applicant <br />100 shall: <br />101 i. Dedicate easements as indicated in the preliminary plat; and <br />102 ii. Provide an Operations and Maintenance Plan, and record an Operations and <br />103 Maintenance Agreement in favor of the City, pertaining to the maintenance of the <br />104 private storm water management BMPs. <br />105 b. Pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff included in Attachment 1, the <br />106 applicant shall: <br />107 i. Dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $8,500 prior to filing the plat at <br />108 Ramsey County; and <br />109 ii. Pay additional park dedication fee(s) for each dwelling unit beyond the first two <br />110 prior to the issuance of building permits. The amount of such additional park <br />111 dedication fee shall be determined by the amount per unit specified in the City <br />112 Fee Schedule in effect at the time of the building permit application. <br />113 <br />114 <br />115 Requested Council Action <br />116 By Motion: <br />117 1.
