PWETC recommended Proposer 4 with bi-weekly single dwelling <br />63 service, weekly multi dwelling service, and City-owned carts. No revenue share was <br />64 proposed by any contractor. <br />65 <br />66 PWETC had comments about Proposer 4’s proposal. There were several differences <br />67 identified from our current collection process: <br />68 Cartons & Aseptic containers were listed as not accepted. <br />69 Composition study’s and collection reports were not highlighted. <br />70 Education and outreach was only described as being online. <br />71 <br />72 Staff met with Proposer 4 and received clarification on the collection process. Proposer 4 <br />73 confirmed: cartons and aseptic containers are accepted in the curbside recycling service; a <br />74 composition study can be completed at no additional cost; and education and outreach <br />75 materials can include printed materials.
