ATTACHMENT 3 <br />229 D. Waiver or Reduction of Required Limits. The City may waive or reduce insurance <br />230 requirements of this section under the following circumstances: <br />231 <br />232 1. The applicant or officer of the sponsoring organization signs a verified statement <br />233 that the insurance coverage required by this section is impossible to obtain; or <br />234 <br />235 2. The City determines that the insurance requirements are in excess of the <br />236 reasonable risk presented by the proposed Temporary Cannabis Event. <br />237 <br />238 318.08 TEMPORARY CANNABIS EVENT REGULATIONS. <br />239 <br />240 A.Location Restrictions. Temporary cannabis events are prohibited: <br />241 <br />242 1. On City-owned property; <br />243 <br />244 2. If held outdoors, on property within 500 feet of a school, residential treatment <br />245 facility, or park that includes a park feature; <br />246 <br />247 3. \[OTHER\] <br />248 <br />249 B.\[OPTIONAL\] Hours Restrictions: Temporary cannabis events shall only be held <br />250 between the hours of (insert start time) and (insert stop time). <br />251 <br />252 C.On-site consumption of cannabinoid products \[is prohibited.\] OR \[is permitted under <br />253 the following conditions:\] <br />254 <br />255 D. No person holding a permit for a Temporary Cannabis Event shall allow and no <br />256 participant in a Temporary Cannabis Event shall camp overnight at the location of a <br />257 Temporary Cannabis Event, except for a reasonable number of persons required to <br />258 maintain security. <br />259 <br />260 E. Noise. The Temporary Cannabis Event must be in compliance with the City’s <br />261 nuisance ordinance at all times. <br />262 <br />263 F. All Temporary Cannabis Events must follow all requirements of Minn. Stat. § 342.01, <br />264 et seq. <br />265 <br />266 318.09 ENFORCEMENT. <br />267 <br />268 A. Misdemeanor: Any person who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, <br />269 upon conviction, is subject to a fine and imprisonment as prescribed by state law. <br />270 Each day each violation continues or exists, constitutes a separate offense. <br />271 <br />272 B.Administrative fine: any person who violates this chapter is subject to administrative <br />273 fines in an amount set in the City Fee Schedule.
