ATTACHMENT 2 <br />273 318.13 PENALTIES. <br />274 <br />275 A. Misdemeanor: Any person who violates this Chapter is guilty of a <br />276 misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is subject to a fine and imprisonment as <br />277 prescribed by state law. Each day each violation continues or exists, <br />278 constitutes a separate offense. <br />279 <br />280 B. Administrative fine: Any person who violates this Chapter is subject to <br />281 administrative fines in an amount set in the City Fee Schedule. Each day <br />282 any violation continues or exists constitutes a separate offense. <br />283 <br />284 C. Violation of this Chapter shall be grounds for enforcement against any <br />285 business license issued by the City of Roseville. <br />286 <br />287 318.14 CANNABIS RETAILER OPERATING REGULATIONS <br />288 <br />289 A. Compliance Checks. The City shall complete, at a minimum, one compliance <br />290 check per calendar year of every registered business to assess if the business <br />291 meets age verification requirements, as required under Minn. Stat. 342.22 Subd. <br />292 4(b) and this ordinance. Any failures under this section are a basis for <br />293 enforcement action and must be reported to the OCM. <br />294 <br />295 B.Hours of Operation. Cannabis businesses are limited to retail sale of cannabis, <br />296 cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp- <br />297 derived consumer products to between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. <br />298 Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. <br />299 <br />300 C.Display of License and Registration. All licenses and registrations must be posted <br />301 and displayed in plain view of the general public on the premises. <br />302 <br />303 D.Advertising. Signage is subject to the City’s sign code, Roseville City Code <br />304 Chapter 1010, with the addition of the following: Cannabis businesses are <br />305 permitted to erect up to two fixed signs on the exterior of the building or property <br />306 of the business. <br />307 <br />308 318.15 LOWER-POTENCY HEMP RETAILEROPERATING <br />309 REGULATIONS <br />310 <br />311 A.
