ATTACHMENT 3 277 A.Misdemeanor: Any person who violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor 278 and, upon conviction, is subject to a fine and imprisonment as prescribed by state 279 law. Each day each violation continues or exists, constitutes a separate offense. 280 281 B.Administrative fine: Any person who violates this chapter is subject to 282 administrative fines in an amount set in the City’s fee schedule. Each day any 283 violation continues or exists constitutes a separate offense. 284 285 C.Violation of this chapter shall be grounds for enforcement against any business 286 license issued by the City of Roseville. 287 288 318.14CANNABIS RETAILER OPERATING REGULATIONS 289 290 A.Compliance Checks. The City shall complete, at a minimum, one compliance 291 check per calendar year of every registered business to assess if the business 292 meets age verification requirements, as required under Minnesota Statute Section 293 342.22 Subd. 4(b) and this ordinance. Any failures under this section are a basis 294 for enforcement action and must be reported to the OCM. 295 296 B.Hours of Operation. Cannabis businesses are limited to retail sale of cannabis, 297 cannabis flower, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp- 298 derived consumer products to between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. 299 Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. 300 301 C.Display of License and Registration. All licenses and registrations must be posted 302 and displayed in plain view of the general public on the premises. 303 304 D.Advertising. Signage is subject to the City’s sign code, Roseville City Code 305 Chapter 1010, with the addition of the following: cannabis businesses are 306 permitted to erect up to two fixed signs on the exterior of the building or property 307 of the business. 308 309 318.15 LOWER-POTENCY HEMP RETAILER OPERATING 310 REGULATIONS 311 312 A.Compliance Checks.
