The City finds and concludes that these regulations are <br />38 appropriate and lawful, that the proposed amendments will promote the community's <br />39 interest in reasonable stability in the development and redevelopment of the City for now <br />40 and in the future, and that the regulations are in the public interest and for the public <br />41 good. <br />42 <br />43 319.02DEFINITIONS. <br />44 <br />45 CANNABINOID PRODUCT.
