ATTACHMENT 4 <br />275 injury or property damage arising from the Temporary Cannabis Event. A certificate <br />276 of insurance must be filed with the City prior to issuance of the Temporary Cannabis <br />277 Event permit. The certificate of insurance must name the City, its officials, employees <br />278 and agents as additional insureds. Insurance coverage must be maintained for the <br />279 duration of the Temporary Cannabis Event. Any company hired or working on behalf <br />280 of the applicant or sponsor must also present the City with a certificate of insurance <br />281 naming the City, its officials, its employees, and agents as additional insureds. <br />282 <br />283 C.Minimum Limits. Insurance coverage must be a commercial general liability policy. <br />284 The minimum limits must be at least $2,000,000 for any single occurrence. If on-site <br />285 consumption is permitted at the Temporary Cannabis Event, the policy must also <br />286 include an endorsement for such consumption. The City may require additional <br />287 endorsements depending upon the type of Temporary Cannabis Event and the <br />288 proposed activities. The liability policy must include the City as an additional insured. <br />289 <br />290 D.Waiver or Reduction of Required Limits. The City may waive or reduce insurance <br />291 requirements of this section under the following circumstances: <br />292 <br />293 1.The applicant or officer of the sponsoring organization signs a verified statement <br />294 that the insurance coverage required by this section is impossible to obtain; or <br />295 <br />296 2.The City determines that the insurance requirements are in excess of the <br />297 reasonable risk presented by the proposed Temporary Cannabis Event. <br />298 <br />299 319.08TEMPORARY CANNABIS EVENT REGULATIONS. <br />300 <br />301 A.Location Restrictions. <br />302 <br />303 1.May not be held on City-owned property or school property; <br />304 <br />305 2.\[OPTIONAL\] If held outdoors, may not be held on property within 500 feet of a <br />306 residential property or a school, residential treatment facility, or park that includes <br />307 a park feature; <br />308 <br />309 May be held at any single location mor than not exceed four (4) times in a calendar <br />310 year. Temporary Cannabis Events in a calendar year; <br />311 3. <br />312 <br />313\[Note: special event policy caps time at 3 consecutive days, and limits use of one <br />314 property to 4 per calendar year.\] <br />315 <br />316 B.A Temporary Cannabis Event may not be held for longer than three (3) consecutive <br />317 days; <br />318 <br />319 C.\[OPTIONAL\] Hours Restrictions: Temporary cannabis events shall only be held <br />320 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. (insert start time) and (insert stop time)10:00 p.m.. <br />RS160\\1\\976665.v7 <br />Qbhf!225!pg!745 <br /> <br />
