Please contact Jennifer if you have <br />questions. https://talk.dot.state.mn.us/roseville-bike-plan <br />Other agency project updates: <br />• TH 36 Mill and Overlay from Cleveland Avenue to Edgerson Street (MnDOT) <br />o All major mainline work is complete and no additional closures are known. <br />• Dale Street 4-3 Conversion from Lovell Avenue into St. Paul (Ramsey County) <br />o Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction. <br />o The signal at Dale and County Road B is scheduled to be installed mid -December. <br />o What will be completed this year is TBD. <br />• Long Lake Road from Terminal Road to Partridge Road (Neel Gas) <br />o Lane shifts in place south of County Road C to the I 35 W ramps. <br />• Metro Micro Roseville Area (Metro Transit) <br />o Micro transit was intended to launch by end of 2024, but they have delayed the launch <br />until January 2025. <br />Engineering Updates: <br />• Erik Henricksen is attending the Minnesota Public Works Association Fall Conference <br />November 21-22. <br />Sustainability Updates: <br />• Roseville City Council unanimously adopted the Green To Go ordinance at the October 21 <br />council meeting. The ordinance will go into effect on January 1, 2025, and enforcement will <br />begin January 1, 2026. Staff will focus on education and outreach in 2025. <br />• Staff is assisting in planning (and will attend) a climate summit on December 10, hosted by <br />the Metropolitan Council. The summit is an opportunity for local governments to collaborate <br />with Met Council on the minimum climate and natural systems requirements that will be <br />added to the 2050 comprehensive planning process. <br />• Pending Council approval on November 25, staff is applying for a Solar on Public Buildings <br />grant to add a solar array to the rooftop on the water booster station at 706 Shryer Avenue <br />West. The building has $400,000 for improvements in the 2025 Capital Improvement Plan, <br />including a new roof. <br />Maintenance Updates: <br />• Darrin Wood was promoted to Streets Superintendent. <br />• Openings for a Streets Foreman and a Utility Service Worker II have been posted. <br />• Street and Storm <br />o Installed signage on County B project. <br />o Final mowing and Fall cutbacks complete. <br />o Gates at the Compost site will close November 27 (FULL). <br />0 4a' Citywide sweep underway. <br />o Ongoing storm sewer maintenance, sign work, and asphalt patching for streets and <br />pathways. <br />PWET Communications Memo Page 2 <br />Page 8 of 33 <br />
