Equity and Inclusion Commission Minutes <br />September 18, 2024 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />92 <br />93 Mr. Montez reviewed his long-range equity plan, which includes the E&I Commission and the <br />94 Equity & Inclusion Steering Team within the City organization, the Equity & Inclusion Action <br />95 Team, Employee Resource Groups, and the Department Equity and InclusionAction plans with <br />96 the Commission. <br />97 <br />98 Mr. Montez noted that the Commission needs a Chair and Vice Chair, which will occur at the <br />99 next meeting. He explained what the roles embodied.
