Approve Minutes <br />25 <br />26 Equity and Inclusion Manager Montez reviewed with the Commission how to access the EIC <br />27 agenda and minutes. He asked if the Commission was ready to make a motion or wanted time to <br />28 review them. <br />29 <br />30 CommissionerLaGrange moved, and Commissioner Vemireddy seconded a motion to approve <br />31 the September 19, 2024, Equity and InclusionCommission meeting minutesas presented. The <br />32 motion passed unanimously. <br />33 <br />34 b. New Commissioner Orientation <br />35 <br />36 Equity and Inclusion Manager Montez asked if anyone on the Commission had any relationship <br />37 builders to share with the other Commissioners. <br />38 <br />39 Youth Commissioner Barze asked if anyone had any summer highlights to share. She indicated <br />40 a fun memory was visiting Michigan to visit family and learn how to swim there. <br />41 <br />42 Youth Commissioner Goedken thought her summer highlight was biking to the beach with her <br />43 neighbors. <br />44 <br />45 Commissioner Vemireddy explained that he went to Six Flags in LA and saw a famous soccer <br />46 player on the roller coaster. <br />47 <br />Qbhf!221!pg!354 <br /> <br />
