City Council Meeting Update <br />33 <br />34 Equity and Inclusion Manager Montezprovided an update on the upcoming City Council <br />35 meeting scheduled for February 24, 2025. The update was to check in with the Council and <br />36 ensure the Commission was on the right track. He outlined the key points to be discussed, <br />37 including organizational learning, the strategic equity action plan, and partnerships. <br />38 <br />39 b. Strategic Plan Draft Review and Data Discussion <br />40 <br />41 Equity and Inclusion Manager Montezintroduced the city’s draft Strategic Plan, which was <br />42 developed in collaboration with Inspiring Insight. The plan includes a vision, mission, values, <br />43 and strategic directions. He explained that the vision was to be a vibrant, safe, and inclusive <br />44 community, and the mission was to create a high quality of life through reliable and sustainable <br />45 infrastructure, responsive services, and public safety. <br />46 <br />Qbhf!233!pg!354 <br /> <br />
