Attachment 7 <br />Timely feedback and review; This proposal anticipates that comments from staff will be consolidated <br />into a single reviewed set and that there will be one (1) round of review and revision for each major <br />milestone (concept design and schematic design). <br />Meetings and deliverables will include: <br />Two (2) meetings with staff to review and refine concepts <br />Concept design documents will include the following information: <br />o Plans illustrating key features and relationships <br />o Precedent imagery to illustrate concepts and programmatic elements <br />o A brief narrative/bullet points describing the three concepts’ program and design elements <br />Construction Documents <br />For efficiency, LHB will move directly from concepts to documentation for entitlement and bidding. We <br />anticipate that we will provide one set of documents, but that the plans will be sent out for bid by City Staff in <br />three separate packages (parking lot and other trails or surfacing, playground, and splashpad). The single set <br />of documents will indicate which work is associated with which bid package. During this phase we will provide <br />the following: <br />Site removals and temporary erosion and sedimentation control plan. <br />Detailed grading plan to establish grades including parking lot, pedestrian trail elevations, playground, <br />splashpad, and related areas. <br />Site surfacing plan with associated details for parking lot, trails, concrete playground curbs, concrete <br />pavements, and other miscellaneous site features. <br />Landscape planting design plans (anticipated to be limited to turf restoration in disturbed areas) <br />Project manual including technical construction specifications in CSI format for Divisions 31-33. <br />Two (2) virtual design review meetings with the Owner. <br />The City will provide the following: <br />Provide as-built survey. <br />Provide geotechnical report to aid in playground and trail recommendations. (LHB will coordinate RFP <br />process if needed.) <br />Participate in at least two (2) virtual working meetings. <br />Provide timely, consolidated review of all materials. <br />Additional Services <br />Bidding services <br />Facilitate pre-bid meeting. <br />Respond to bidder questions, issuing addenda if necessary. <br />Review of bid submittals in collaboration with the City <br />Construction support services <br />Qbhf!284!pg!354 <br /> <br />
