Attachment 5 <br />45 WHEREAS, the Ordinance also requires that any Owner, Operator, or manager of a Hotel may <br />46 not have had a similar license suspended or revoked by the City or a similar jurisdiction; <br />47 and <br />48 <br />49 WHEREAS, the City has not discovered a prior license suspension or revocation; <br />50 <br />51 WHEREAS, the Ordinance also requires that any Owner, Operator, or manager of a Hotel may <br />52 not have Interested Person with input into the day-to-day operations of the establishment that has <br />53 one or more criminal conviction that relate to the licensed activity; and <br />54 <br />55 WHEREAS, the Applicant has provided a list of all Interested Persons for a background <br />56 investigation, and the City has completed the investigation and it has not revealed any <br />57 information that would disqualify the Applicant obtaining a license; and <br />58 <br />59 WHEREAS, the Ordinance requires that the Premises may not be delinquent to the City of <br />60 Roseville, for taxes, assessment, or other financial claims; and <br />61 <br />62 WHEREAS, City staff have verified that the Premises is not delinquent on any taxes, <br />63 assessments or other charges; and <br />64 <br />65 WHEREAS, on the basis of the above City staff have recommended approval of the application; <br />66 <br />67 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Roseville approves the <br />68 Hotel license for CYRV LLC, doing business as Courtyard by Marriott Roseville, 2905 Centre <br />69 Pointe Drive, Roseville, MN; <br />70 <br />71 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , <br />72 and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: , , , <br />73 , and Mayor . <br />74 and the following voted against the same: . <br />75 <br />76 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />77 <br />RS160\\25\\1011936.v2 <br />Qbhf!2:!pg!242 <br /> <br />
