ATTACHMENT 1 <br />87 WHEREAS, Council, on March 24, 2025, held a hearing at which the Owner was permitted to: <br />88 hear the staff report outlining the basis for the condemnation, address the City Council regarding <br />89 the condemnation, and present evidence and arguments regarding the merits of the <br />90 condemnation; <br />91 <br />92 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that, based on information as summarized by above <br />93 and as further described to the City Council at its meeting on March 24, 2025 City staff, and <br />94 taking into account the information and arguments presented by the Owner, the City Council of <br />95 the City of Roseville finds that the Premises constitutes an Unsafe Building or Structure; and <br />96 <br />97 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Roseville City Council upholds the condemnation <br />98 order of the Building Official and the Fire Mashall and orders that the Building be vacated no <br />99 later than March 24, 2025. <br />100 <br />101 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member , <br />102 and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: , , , <br />103 , and Mayor . <br />104 and the following voted against the same: . <br />105 <br />106 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />107 <br />RS160\\25\\1017457.v1 <br />Qbhf!28!pg!558 <br /> <br />
