Correct immediately. <br />e.Improper plumbing connections on all ice machines. <br />f.All disconnected plumbing fixtures must be properly capped or replaced by a <br />licensed plumber. <br />g.Fire damaged plumbing pipes to be replaced by a licensed plumber. Open pipes <br />currently vent sewer gas into the structure. <br />14.Licensed professional contractors to obtain City permits for work related to the fire- <br />damaged units including – Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Fire <br />Alarm permits. Building permit to address the breach in the required fire separation from <br />level 2 through attic. All alterations and repairs must be done in a workmanlike manner <br />and must be completed under issued permits from the City. <br />15.Electrical work has been done without permits throughout the building.
