ATTACHMENT 1 <br />b.Electrical hazards observed throughout building, including but not limited to, <br />open sockets, unrated electrical boxes in fire-rated assemblies, wires penetrating <br />fire-rated assemblies, <br />c.Plywood and combustible materials in close proximity to electrical panels. <br />d.226 - Wall discolored by electrical outlet, possible scorch mark. New electrical <br />outlet, suspected work without electrical permit. <br />8.Provide a report from a certified Fire Engineer addressing the following issues: <br />a.Low voltage wires zip tied to ceiling throughout building and penetrating fire- <br />rated assemblies. Address whether the quantity of cables exceeds the allowable <br />combustible load in egress corridors. <br />b.Numerous penetrations of fire-rated assemblies throughout building. Detailed <br />locations are noted in the report. <br />c.Verify that exit signs and emergency lights in stairwells meet code for both <br />location and operability. <br />9.Multiple sprinkler heads show signs of rust and corrosion, sprinkler technician shall <br />check for necessary replacements. A sprinkler permit may be necessary, depending on <br />scope of repair. <br />10.Provide a report that all dryer exhaust ducts are free of combustible debris. <br />11.Provide backflow test tags or reports for Sprinkler System. None observed on site. <br />12.A MN- licensed mechanical contractor must obtain a Commercial Mechanical Permit <br />from the City of Roseville to address the following: <br />a.Pool heater is vented improperly – duct tape, plastic bag covering uncapped <br />portion of vent. <br />b.Address combustion air, fresh air, open/uncapped gas lines. <br />c.Permanent disconnect required on spa heater. <br />Qbhf!37!pg!558 <br /> <br />
