Per State Statutes on municipal <br />40 contracting, the City Council awards contracts to the lowest responsible bidder. In this bid <br />41 solicitation, the lowest bidder is Insituform Technologies USA, LLC. <br />42 <br />43 Equity Impact Summary <br />44 There should be no equity impacts associated with this project. The bidding process uses <br />45 sealed bids to avoid potential biases. Bidders are required to certify meeting Equal <br />46 Employment Opportunity and Human Rights requirements. <br />47 <br />48 Budget Implications <br />49 The City received two bids for the construction contract for 2025 Sanitary Sewer Lining <br />50 Project. After <br />52 reviewing the bids, staff believe the bid is equitable with fair prices.
