EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of st 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 21 day of April, 2025, at 3 6:00 p.m. 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following were absent: . 5 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION No. 7 RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT 8 FOR 2025 SANITARY SEWER LINING PROJECT 9 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans 10 and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were 11 received on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., opened and tabulated according to law 12 and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: BID TOTAL CONTRACTOR Insituform Technologies USA, LLC $890,924.85 Visu-Sewer, Inc. $1,254,019.00 Engineer’s Estimate $863,144.00 13 WHEREAS, it appears that Insituform Technologies USA, LLC is the lowest responsible 14 bidder at the tabulated price of $890,924.85. 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 16 Minnesota: 17 1.The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a 18 contract with Insituform Technologies USA, LLC for $890,924.85 in the name of the 19 City of Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and 20 specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office 21 of the City Manager. 22 2.The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders 23 the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the 24 next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed.
