<br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of

<br />8 FOR 2025 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT
<br />9 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans
<br />10 and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were
<br />11 received on Tuesday, April 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and
<br />12 the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />13 WHEREAS, it appears that North Valley, Inc., is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated
<br />14 price of $1,248,915.19.
<br />15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville,
<br />16 Minnesota:
<br />17 1.The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
<br />18 with North Valley, Inc. for $1,248,915.19 in the name of the City of Roseville for the
