22 <br />23 Budget Implications <br />24 Staff received nine bids for this project, opened and tabulated according to law on April 21, <br />25 2025. The low bid was submitted by North Valley, Inc., in the amount of <br />26$1,248,915.19. The bidding was competitive with a tight distribution amongst bidders. The <br />27 base bid was 23.5% lower than the estimate of $1,633,108.50.
