I find it difficult to accept the <br />idea of building one or two buildings with the estimated $19 <br />million tax burden for taxpayers to cover, when leasing open <br />space would be so much more financially responsible...and <br />involve less in tax increases. I know that others share this <br />opinion so I hope you will take into consideration Roseville <br />residents that depend upon you for viable use of our tax dollars. <br />One last note, is I am confused as to why we all are asked to <br />fund housing a dance studio location as a city asset..does the <br />city own it? I would think it should be funded by those who use it <br />or own it?
