Attahchment 1 46 47 Rule 4 Issueand MeetingCurfew 48 The City recognizesthat meetingsarefor the benefit of the citizens of Roseville, so meetings should 49 end by 9:00 p.m. At 10 p.m., meetings may be extended upon the majority vote of the City Council or 50 commission members present, but at no time willa meeting run past 11:00 p.m. If business remains on 51 the agenda, the Council or commission may continue the meeting to a future date or table such items 52 until the next meeting,if needed. 53 54 Rule 5 Recording of Meetings 55 Exceptforclosedexecutivesessionsauthorized under statelaw,allmeetings of the City Council and 56 commissionsshall be shown live whentechnically possible and recorded in their entirety for replaying 57 on the municipalcable channel and for web streaming except when the City Council directs by motion 58 otherwise. 59 60 Rule 6 Agenda 61 The following shall be the order of business of the City Council.
