Roseville Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />DATE: April 22, 2025 ITEM: 7.a. <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION: Hamline Pathway Update <br />Background <br />A neighborhood meeting is scheduled on May 1 at Autum Grove Park to discuss the proposed projects <br />along Hamline Avenue from County Road C to TH 51/ Snelling. These projects include construction of an 8- <br />foot off -road trail the entire length (partially funded by Ramsey County and Arden Hills), in addition to storm <br />sewer, watermain, and pavement improvements. The storm sewer work is scheduled for this fall and the <br />other improvements in 2026. Preliminary design is underway for the off -road bituminous pathway and the <br />neighborhood meeting seeks to further identify potential impacts and resident concerns. <br />Recommendation <br />Discuss and provide feedback. <br />Attachments <br />1.
