Funding <br />The project costs will be funded with a combination of funds from all three <br />agencies - City of Roseville, City of Arden Hills, and Ramsey County. Arden <br />Hills and Roseville's Municipal State Aid funds (gas tax) and County funds will <br />be used to fund construction of the pathways. Ramsey Countywill pay for the <br />resurfacing of the roadway and their portion of pathway costs with Wheelage <br />Tax and Regional Sales Tax funds. Watermain improvements will be paid with <br />Arden Hills and Roseville utility funds (utility fees). There will be no <br />assessments to property owners for these improvements. <br />Schedule <br />Council Actions are denoted with CC. Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission items are denoted as PWET.
