• Roseville was awarded a Local Climate Action Planning grant from the MPCAinthe <br />amount of $49,975. Staff gathered multiple proposals from consultants to assist <br />with our climate action planning process and plans to issue an RFP to retain a <br />consultant. <br />• Clean Up Day onApril26was asuccess. Staff are stillwaiting for all the numbers, <br />but there was constant traffic going through the event. To date, we know thatwe <br />recycled 38 bicycles, 468 lbs of linens, and 73 mattresses. <br />• Shredding Day on May 17was another success —621cars came through the line to <br />shred 16 tons of paper. <br />• Cart rollouts will start on Sunday, June 1, 2025. The rollout process has been <br />established by coordinating through our vendor that will roll out the carts, Eureka <br />Recycling, and Waste Management. Roseville branded carts will be delivered a day <br />before residents normal recycling collection day.
