o Snelling Design from TH 36 to Grey Fox Road <br />• In design for 2026 resurfacing and will include off -road pathway west <br />of Snelling Avenue from Lydia Avenue to Asbury Street and from <br />Glenhill Road to Old Snelling. This would leave a gap from Asbury <br />Street to Glen hill Road for which Roseville and Arden Hills intend to <br />submit for fundingfrom MnDOT'S Local Partnership Program (LPP). <br />o TH 280 Design from Wabash Avenue in St. Paul to 135 W <br />• In design for 2026 resurfacing. <br />• Other <br />o G Line (Metro Transit) <br />• Planning and design continue for construction2026-2028. <br />o Flood Mitigation Project (Capitol Region Watershed District) <br />• Trout Brook Interceptor (TBI) Detailed Modeling Project identified <br />potential flood mitigation opportunities at Roseville Lutheran Church <br />and at Falcon Heights United Church. Design and estimates are being <br />developed for further discussion. <br />Engineering Updates: <br />• Roseville was awarded $9,000 for Met Council's new Equity -Focused Water <br />Efficiency Grant Pilot Program. <br />• All of Roseville's $53,000 for the Private Sewer I&I Grant have been encumbered by <br />successful residential applicants, with several already on a wa itlist. <br />• May 18-24, 2025 -National Public Work's Weekwas celebrated with a lunch with all <br />PW staff. <br />• Our EngineeringTech III's last day is June 5, so the vacancy is currently posted. <br />• Fixed dynamic speed display sign on County Road D in school zone. <br />• Workingwith other City departments on Rosefest traffic control plans. <br />• M nDOT and Ramsey County are both working to update their cost participation <br />policies. <br />• All five summer interns in PW will have arrived as of May26! <br />Environmental& Sustainability Updates: <br />• Green To Go ordinance implementation continues. We are also meeting quarterly <br />with other metro cities with packaging ordinances to discuss challenges, updates, <br />and regulatory changes, including the upcoming state law that will require all <br />compostable packaging to be BPI -certified and labeled starting January2026. <br />• Roseville hosted a native plant sale this year in partnership with MNL. Plant and seed <br />mix sales closed May 15, with pickup on May 31 at the maintenance garage. <br />• Staff attended the Rice and Larpenteur Alliance Community in Bloom event on <br />Saturday, May 10 at Lake McCarrons County Park.
