UNFRITiLa, a <br />lei <br />Public Works Department <br />Memo <br />To: Public Works Environmental and Transportation Commission Members <br />From: Jennifer Lowry, City Engineer <br />Date: May23,2025 <br />Re: Communications Items <br />The following are updates to projects and other activities happening in Roseville since the last <br />commission meeting: <br />Roseville Public Works project updates: <br />• Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) / License & Passport Centers (LPC) / Dance <br />Studio <br />o BKV Architects performed more analysis of LPC/Dance Studio and the topic <br />will be brought before Council on June 16. The Roseville 0.5%Sales Tax goes <br />into effect July 1. <br />• Lexington Avenue Pathway <br />o The project is currently in design and includes Lexington Avenue, between <br />County Road Band TH 36, for construction in 2025. Tree removals are <br />complete. <br />• Wagner/Western&Tamarack Pathways <br />o Pathways for the Wagner Street to Western Avenue cul-de-sac connection, <br />and Western Avenue cul-de-sac to Tamarack Park pathway are in design for <br />construction in 2025. Tree removals are complete. <br />• HamlineAvenue <br />o Construction of pathway from County Road C to Josephine Road in 2026 will <br />begin design in 2025 and be constructed incoordination with the water and <br />road work noted below. Kickoff meetingwith the public held May 1. <br />o Resurfacingfrom County Road C to County Road C2 in 2026 will be designed <br />and lead by Roseville and paid for by Ramsey County. <br />o Upsizingof thewatermain from Josephine Road to Glenhill Road/Arden Hills. <br />Paid primarily byArden Hills. <br />• Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 <br />o Easement being negotiated with property owner. Tree removal is partially <br />complete. Trail construction planned for 2025. <br />• Dale/Owasso Lift Station Rehab <br />o Construction underway. <br />• 2025SewerLining <br />o Contract approved, awaiting schedule from the contractor. <br />
