• Booster Station Phase 4 Improvements <br />o Improvements likely to include new roof, tuckpointing, thermal and <br />acoustical treatments and other facility updates. Roof work will be done in <br />coordination with solar install. Bid package are likely to be released later this <br />yea r. <br />• 2025 Pavement Management Project <br />o Contract was awarded, construction underway. Expected completion of mill <br />and overlay areas in June and full depth reclamation to begin mid -July. <br />• WayfindingSignage <br />o Pedestrian level signs are being manufactured, and permits being obtained <br />for installation fall 2025. <br />• Lighting <br />o New streetlights installations by Xcel per City request awaiting delivery of <br />poles. <br />o Staff is working to replace Centre Pointe Drive and Arthur Street lightingwith <br />anew contract with Xcel for later in 2025. <br />• Bike Plan <br />o Awaiting final draft from consultants. Next steps will include review by PWET <br />and the Parks Commission, and the public. <br />o The demonstration project, for the addition of buffer and bollard -protected <br />bike lanes on Hamline Avenue between County Road B and County Road B2, <br />began May 19 and should be completed by end of month. <br />Other agency project updates: <br />• Ramsey County <br />o Dale Street from Lovell Avenue into St. Paul <br />• The temporary striping is in place and county/city forces are making <br />repairs to a storm sewer/erosion issue. <br />o HamlineAvenue/Clarmar Lane Storm Sewer <br />• County to add to and replace existing storm sewer to address <br />flooding and aging infrastructure in Fall 2025. <br />o County Road D from Highcrest Road to 88 <br />• ADA and pavement improvements (mill and overlay) planned for 2025 <br />construction. <br />o County Road C 4:3 Conversion from Lexington Avenue to Little Canada Road <br />and bridge over railroad <br />• 4:3lane conversion with mill and overlay scheduled for 2026. <br />• Bridgeredeckingorreplacementreceivedfederalfunding— schedule <br />TB D. <br />• MnDOT <br />o TH 36 Multimodal Study Document <br />• Final report has been posted online. <br />PWET Communications Memo Page 2 <br />Page 10 of 88 <br />
